No, this claim is false. It is a long-debunked conspiracy theory that has circulated since around 2011 (with occasional resurgences). Barack Obama's Social Security number 042-68-4425 was not originally assigned to Jean Paul Ludwig (or anyone else). Ludwig had a completely different SSN: 045-26-8722. We dont need to make things up, he has enough stuff on him to prove our point
