Simple exercise to develop hamstrings and prevent injuries. Start with partial eccentrics, then increase range till you can do controlled eccentrics for the full range. Then start including partial eccentric concentric, then slowly increase range with that technique until you can comfortably do a full rep. Don't mind a bit of hip flexion.
