Wind gust reports in the southern panhandle are upwards of 60 to 70 mph and moderate to heavy rain is occasionally reported at airport weather stations around the area. The spinning low pressure will keep tracking northward today, spreading the stronger wind speeds into the central and northern panhandle this morning and afternoon. Wind speeds will decrease tonight (Monday night) but don't let your guard down and more rounds of rain
