This post has been updated 7:53 ACST The centre of Tropical Cyclone Fina is visible on radar off the Top End coast, north of Jabiru. Bands of showers and storms can be seen rotating clockwise around the centre of Fina. Overnight, Tropical Cyclone Fina weakened slightly to a category one system, but there are signs that it is re-intensifying and re-strengthening.
